The 45 hours of post-licensing education course is required during the initial renewal period for all Florida real estate salespersons. The time frame is usually during the first (18-24 months after passing the state exam.) In addition, your license must be renewed every 2 years after that by completing a 14 hours correspondence course of continuing education. By complying with the above requirements you can maintain an active or voluntary inactive license forever.

In the 45 Post licensing course you will learn information on representing sellers and buyers, listing and selling property, estimating property value, mortgage loans for borrowers and residential property management. This course will prove to be a valuable asset to your career.
